Good questions. Clear answers.
Who is this service for?
Our services focus on organizations: offices, corporations, schools, universities, healthcare organizations, law firms, banks, technology companies, property managers, warehouses, hotels, retailers, government agencies, and nonprofits.
What equipment can I request a pickup for?
Computers, laptops, servers, monitors, networking equipment, printers, and storage devices. List other equipment in your request. Acceptance, handling requirements, and pricing must be confirmed before collection. Batteries, damaged devices, and hazardous materials require advance review.
Is pickup free?
Pricing has not been established. Equipment quantity, type, site access, transport, and data handling affect the scope. We will agree a written quote before any work.
Is my preferred date guaranteed?
No. A pickup request is an inquiry, not a booking. A date becomes confirmed only after availability, service scope, and pricing are agreed.
Do you destroy data?
Data destruction methods, credentials, partners, and documentation are awaiting verification. Never assume that handing over a device erases its data. Agree the handling and destruction requirements in writing before transfer.
How does the 10% commitment work?
Boston Circuit Recycling intends to contribute 10% of net profits to support children through Little Next Foundation and its charitable mission. This is our commitment. Contributions and supporting reports will be published when real records are available.
Can I donate now?
Donation and GoFundMe links will be enabled after the receiving organization, payment setup, and legal status are verified. No IRS 501(c)(3) recognition or tax deductibility is currently claimed.
Can equipment with remaining value be recovered?
A future asset recovery program may assess reusable equipment for refurbishment or resale, subject to data handling requirements and a written agreement. No valuation, return, or resale outcome is guaranteed.
