Requests and bookings

Submitting a form does not create a booking, price agreement, or obligation to accept equipment. Eligibility, date, pricing, custody, and data handling requirements must be agreed before collection.

Data-bearing devices

Identify sensitive equipment and required handling before transfer. Recycling does not automatically include data destruction. Methods, evidence, and responsibility must be defined in the service agreement.

Equipment and recovery

Equipment acceptance is subject to review. Batteries, damaged devices, and hazardous materials require advance agreement. No recovery value, financial return, or resale outcome is guaranteed.

Charitable commitment

The proposed commitment is 10% of net profits, after business expenses. Contributions will be reported when recorded. Donations are not currently accepted through this website. No tax deductibility or IRS recognition is claimed.
