Respect for information starts here.

Information you provide

Forms collect organization and contact details, pickup location, equipment information, messages, preferred dates, and optional equipment photos. Do not send passwords, confidential device contents, or sensitive personal records.

How we use information

Boston Circuit Recycling uses your information to review inquiries, contact you, and plan agreed services. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking.

Storage and access

Inquiry details are stored privately in Cloudflare D1. Equipment photos are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Access is restricted to the business Cloudflare account. Photos are resized before upload. We do not sell inquiry information. No email or CRM integration is currently connected.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records and photos are automatically removed after 90 days. You can request access, correction, or earlier deletion by calling (781) 502-8501 and quoting your request reference.

Embedded maps

The contact and pickup pages include Google Maps. Loading the map connects your browser to Google and is subject to Google’s privacy practices.

Cookies and security

No advertising or analytics trackers are enabled. Your browser stores the latest confirmation reference for the current session. Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect this website.
